The versatile fire detection and suppression system protects a wide variety of heavy vehicles including cranes, stone crushers, combines, and more— as well as CNC machines and other industrial equipment. The robust linear heat detector is built to withstand corrosive chemicals in cooling systems and tough environmental conditions.
Cranes
CNCs
CNC machines processing stainless steels or light metals run the risk of the materials or cooling oil igniting as a result of blade breakage during operation. The linear heat detector is designed to withstand chemicals used in the machine’s cooling system, detecting overheating or fire. The pneumatic systems don’t require an external power source.
Combines
The system alerts the driver of a fire or dramatic rise in temperature. Detection works independently from the fire suppression system, allowing the operator to manually control the extinguishment. The system can also operate automatically.
Crushers
Designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, the detector is housed inside the crusher’s engine compartment. The detector gives low pressure warnings and emits an audible signal during operation.
